My father in the pharmacy no matter where the drugs take place
My honor in a jelly jar no wonder I'm a hopeless case
Without what there was there was a dirty pretty silly face
Without it mattering you shuck the corn and it's a waste
Without it mattering you tell me that I'm not your taste
Who cares anymore about the hummus and the peanut paste
I'll wrap them up and tomorrow give them away
But first take your notebook and count it as a hopeless case
"I found you in a lost and found" outside a major-minor kind of place
Pressed against a rock and an ugly taste
Pinned between the wall and the peanut paste
I asked if you were a friend of mine from across the sea
A piner of pine, a winner of wine, a Sikh or bumblebee
You said, "No sire, no not me, I'm as to this as these are to thee"
Your hand on a yogurt stand and your eyes on a battery
Arias in the sky and telepathy in your embroidery
There was a thistle in your hair and no place to sleep
So I fixed your dinner, your bed, and your soul to keep
Without a shiver of luck or a chortle of a chance
We played ska until the night was gone

Maybe I'll start writing more.
Edit:
Yeah, it seemed a lot better when I was writing it.

I can say with perfect confidence that things are going pretty great.
I talked with the elusive Jenny Koegel via e-mail after a quarter of what I thought was nothing but vehement admiration for each other ending in a sort of estrangement.  But I figured out her UC email account and got it straightened out; we're friends.  This might be the first time that a regret that I've had got wiped clean away.  It feels pretty great.
Tomorrow of course will be Poopy Scoopy Time, Friday 6:00-8:00 at www.bearcast.uc.edu.  My friend Andrew will be on as always and also Ryan is back for us to make fun of , while I secretly want to play his selections over Andrew's   Always a dynamic group.  And the lovely Shannon will be joining us, increasing our electicness by a good 25%.  Maybe even 30%, we'll just see how it goes.  check it out if you can.
I'm also working on a television show for our campus channel:  "Reel Time"
Good experience, good times.  The launch for our TV station is tomorrow night, and it will be e-riffic.  Every e-media friend i have will probably be there.  I've spent a lot of time in CCM lately...
But I feel good about stuff and I thought I'd pass it along.  Now to go read a short story about a 14 year old homosexual boy in early 20th century Germany (so good!)
And Bill Evans is awesome.

Well, I've been back for almost a week, but I still haven't found a computer that will read my brother's camera (I'll get it back to you as soon as I figure it out, or as soon as you show me, Michael).  I haven't tried my computer yet since I was missing a power cord, but now that I bought it, they should be up no later than Saturday if it works.  I might also try taking it to a computer lab to see if that works.
Sorry this is the most boring post ever, but I figured that some of you would be wondering what happened to the pictures.  Look for them soon and I hope all is well with you!

I just got back this morning from spending 2 days in Kyoto and a day in Nara.  It was very, very good.
Since today is my last day in Japan, I:m going to enjoy it and not try to post 200 pictures.  So look for them in a few days; they should be really amazing.
Or, if you like I could give you access to all of them via your email (they will not be put in your inbox).  just email me if you want them and I will send them out ASAP.

artoverstyle@msn.com

Thanks, and I:ll see most of you quite soon.
